Short answer
MacMiniNode charges $129 per month for a dedicated 2026 Mac mini M6 with 16GB unified memory and a 256GB SSD. The price covers the hardware, macOS, power, connectivity, remote access, and support. It does not include AI subscriptions, the Apple Developer Program, or software licenses. There is no setup fee, no annual commitment, and billing starts only at activation.
What the monthly price includes
- The dedicated Mac mini itself, used by you alone
- A clean macOS installation and administrator access (subject to security and licensing requirements)
- Power, network connectivity, and physical housing
- Secure remote access over SSH and remote desktop
- Human support through tickets in your dashboard
- Secure erasure of the machine when your rental ends
What it does not include
- Third-party AI subscriptions or API usage (Claude Code, Codex, and similar)
- Apple Developer Program membership
- Licenses for software you choose to install
- Physical access to the machine or hardware changes
- Backups of your data: you keep your own copies
How billing works
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Setup fee | None |
| Minimum term | Monthly; no annual commitment |
| When billing starts | At activation, after the machine is ready |
| Billing cycle | Monthly, in advance for each period |
| Cancellation | Stop the next renewal from your dashboard; service continues to the end of the paid period |
| Refunds | No partial-period refunds unless required by law or the Refund Policy; no charge for a machine never activated |
| Payment processing | Helcim; card numbers never stored by MacMiniNode |
Estimating your total monthly cost
Add the rental to whatever you already pay for the tools you will run on it. A developer using Claude Code on a personal plan, for example, pays Anthropic for the plan and MacMiniNode for the machine. An iOS team adds the Apple Developer Program’s annual fee, which Apple publishes on its developer program page. None of those are marked up by us.
Compare that total with buying: see renting vs buying a Mac mini for the long-horizon math.
Is MacMiniNode the right option?
If a flat $129 per month for a dedicated machine with no setup fee fits your budget and you are comfortable bringing your own software subscriptions, MacMiniNode’s pricing is straightforward. Teams needing multiple machines request one subscription per machine.
