How we work
Every machine is prepared by a person: we assign a Mac mini to you, install a clean copy of macOS, configure remote access, and send you a note when it is ready. We do not promise instant provisioning, and we would rather tell you a machine is not available than overbook. Support runs through tickets in your dashboard so requests are authenticated and nothing gets lost.
What we do not claim
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, Mac, Mac mini, and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. We buy genuine Apple hardware and operate it in line with Apple’s published software license terms for leased hardware.
- We do not resell or bundle AI subscriptions and are not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI. Tools such as Claude Code and Codex run on your machine with your own accounts.
- We do not publish uptime guarantees, benchmarks, or customer reviews we cannot stand behind. What you read here is what the service does today.
